- MDM have developed the Dance Base Support which provides feedback to assist in developing the muscles of the feet to provide correct foot position.
- There is an Arch support despite appearing to be a split sole ballet shoe.
- MDM have added a layer of EVA for impact support and protection to their range of shoes, which cushion the landing to absorb some of the stresses away from the muscles and bones.
- The Intrinsic Shoe may at first glance appear to be standard split sole shoes, and do provide all of the aesthetic benefits of split soled shoes, functionally they are full soled shoes providing resistance to the metatarsal areas of the foot to build strength - hence the name “Hybrid Sole.”

Firstly they arrived beautifully package and so quickly and with a lovely personal note. I can say that these were the best ballet shoes i have ever worn. Please get them back in stock as i no longer want to wear any other brand. They are so comfortable and supportiv to my foot. They were tested to the max as I wore them for many 2-7hr ballet reshersals and the final three shows recently. Thank you.
