- Orders are shipped via An Post, or via Courier depending on the size of the order or unless otherwise requested, but Please Note, Courier Deliveries will be Charged at Cost.

- Standard delivery time is 2-4 days but may be longer during peak times such as Return To Class/Christmas. If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Returns will only be accepted in the original packaging, unopened or undamaged.
- Any returns deemed to have been worn/used will not be accepted.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

- Items that are NOT accepted for Returns Due To Hygiene Reason are: Undergarments, Tights, Hair Accessories, (Hair Nets, Hair Pins, Hair Elastics) Drink Bottles.
- Items for return are retuned at the customers expense.
