So last night was a BIG night in my Pointe Shoe Fitting Course with Esther Juon. I finally got my own Pointe Shoes Fitted! 🩰 Anyone who knows me and knows my passion about safe and correct fittings will understand how much this means to me. I have gone through the 3 mentoring programmes, I have felt on my own feet and body what it is like to go through the strengthening exercises, the difficulties I may have had, the understanding of what it is like to be fully committed, the hard work needed to get to this “Pointe” and I am super proud of what I have achieved and what I will soon be able to offer to ballet students everywhere. All of my course has been done via Zoom with Esther who is based in New Zealand, something I will be offering in time, but for now, I am happy to have my Custom Fitted Pointe Shoes and am very very happy to be standing En Pointe....safely. 🩰🩰🩰
